A few simple questions here.

- Is older version of relay-ctrl (2.x) still available? Where?
- do you really mean /etc/relay-ctrl/rule or 
  /etc/relay-ctrl/RELAY_CTRL_RELAYCLIENT
  I got this from the site where the doc talks about fixup addresses but 
  that is of version 3.x
