MSGSIZE and Subject

With samples in the qmail-qfilter package, we can filter attachment.

But how to filter mail's SIZE and Subject?

I want to prevent user form delivering message larger than given size.
and how to use qmail-qfilter to filter with subject?

Would you please attach scripts for reference?
