FWIW, I installed this today - works great, though I did have to split
my previous CVM_CHAIN variable into CVM_CHAIN0, CVM_CHAIN1.  I'm not
sure if a note on the documentation page where it describes the
CMV_CHAINx configuration variables stating something like: "Note:
previously the cvm-chain patch used only the CVM_CHAIN environment
variable, this will not work with cvm-0.60" or something would be
helpful.
