qmail-qfilter script

Hi,
Can someone please give a tip on writing a simple shell or awk script 
for qmail-qfilter which will reject mails if receipent is an address 
listed in /var/qmail/block_recpt. I don't understand perl at all, but if 
awk/shell script is not possible, perl will also do.
