qmail-qfilter with clam and a script

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea on how do I run qmail-qfilter with clamav?
The reason I want to use qmail-qfilter instead of qmail-scanner is 
because after virus scan I want to run my script.
Also, I would appreciate ideas on how do I joins these two programs.
