Problem with relay-ctrl

Hi,

I have configured relay-ctrl and all appears to work fine except remote users still get bounce msgs when trying to relay.

When a user logs into their POP3 account, the relevent file is created in the allow directory, but no relaying is permitted.

Any suggestions?
