I am sorry to say it is still not working. When testing with 
cvm-testclient I get this error:

   cvm-testclient: Fatal: Authentication failed, error #100
   (Credentials rejected)

As before the individual modules work as they should, but the chain does 
not seem to pass on the credentials to cvm-qmail. This is also confirmed 
by the logs.
