ucspi-proxy cmdline params

Hello,

I'm trying to use ucspi-proxy 0.96 from Debian;
it says:

	ucspi-proxy[pid]: Missing host and port
	usage: ucspi-proxy [-v] [-t timeout] host port

but I can't find any info on the docs about the "host" and "port"
params; actually I find it hard to believe that they are "necessary"
(once ucspi-proxy does not make any connections);
