qfilters migration to other MTA

hello.

 I'm looking for a connector (program or architecture
strategy) so that I could incorporate qfilter perl programs 
developed for qmail (qmail-queue patch) with another MTA.
Specifically at this point I'm thinking of Postfix.
I'm curious if anyone has considered this and came up
with something. Postfix has a before-queue content filter
system that basically sits much like an interlude smtp program.
Anyway, I thought I'd ask here if anyone has some ideas or code.
