As it stands, it's too specific to go in to mailfront, but I could
easily see something a little more generic go in.  Being able to shunt
off messages with lots of recipients could be quite useful.
Alternately, I've seen a site where a particular set of senders get
pushed to a different queue.  Unfortunately, once all the permutations
get considered, it's hard to account for them all short of writing an
interpreter (or at least a general expression evaluator with regexps).
