How to configure and managing ezmlm (Without database) + Qmail

Dear All,

We have Qmail mail server on RHEL-5, it has installed ezmlm plugin for 
mailing list.

I have find a all the relevent configuration for createing and managing 
mail-list, but I can't get any information for ezmlm. Also there is not 
configured ezmlm database or any table in vpopmail mysql database.
That is sure it configured via configuration file or other way of 
command line.

Can any one help me, how to configure and managing existing mail-list 
ezmlm+Qmail.
