Hmm, maybe greylisting on the cfengine.org mail server?  I'll leave

reproduce your results.  Thanks for the test case, that should help

I'm not sure what your feelings about RedHat in general have to do  
with this.  Also, the bug report you link to is for system-config- 
network on RHEL-5 -- a quick glance at the comments doesn't reveal  
anything about cfengine; are you sure this is the correct bug?
