Thanks for the clarification, Vratislav! It's good to know my observations
and error-reports were good.
Looking across those public-facing download pages, descriptions of other
releases also show similar problems, particularly of misplaced "and later"
labels. Whoever is about to review those pages should look for other
instances beyond the two cases in my email.
