Hello,

With the approval of Rob Savoye, I've made a couple of changes
to this list:

  moderator: add [email protected]
  generic_nonmember_action: hold

So, when a non-subscriber posts to this list, the email will be hold
until a moderator looks at it.  This will add a little latency for
genuine posts (usually less than 1 day) and kill all the spam.
