dejagnu-1.4.4 build: error in README (inexistent 'make overview.html' target in Makefile)

Hi
The dejagnu-1.4.4/README says that there is a 'make overview.html' target,
but gmake complains that there isn't. Not in the main directory. The
Makefile in the doc directory seems to have the target: After a 'cd doc'
it tries (but fails for the same reason as overview.ps below):

Also, 'make overview.ps' doesn't work
  /db2dvi ${dir}/overview.sgml
  ksh[3]: /db2dvi:  not found
(maybe I should have db2dvi or something installed somewhere in a path...)
