Sure, worked like a charm, but as far as I could see, this was the 1.4.4
version, lacking any updates made to the DocBook version.  It seemed
pointless to review that and report problems, only to find that they had
already been fixed in the DocBook one.

So far, my experiences with DocBook have been less than stellar, to put
it mildly (first DejaGnu, now the libstdc++ manual).  Slow tools with
useless error messages which you cannot relate to the XML source; Java
stacktraces upon errors and stuff like that.  Give me TeX/TeXinfo back
any time...
