Missing proc's when using tcl 8.5 (prune)

Ben,

It looks like you are removing some tcl proc's from dejagnu because
they are part of tcl 8.6.  Unfortunately, these are not in tcl 8.5.  I
am not sure if all of the proc's you removed are needed but I am running
into a problem with prune not being defined when I run the GCC testsuite
(specifically when I run the C++ tests).
