Re: picoLCD improved key input

Hello Markus,

I attach version 3 of the patch.
It only needed a few tweaks to get your version running.
It's been running without problem for a few days now although I have not 
tested all aspects as thoroughly as the last version.

I've updated the configuration and docbook files with the new key repeat 
time ranges.

I also added a configuration option to control if the key lights are 
linked to the back-light with default behaviour as before.
