Hi Yura,

The font format is a proprietary .ezf file. There is a font converter
tool on the website ( http://store.earthlcd.com/ezLCD-301) which will
let you convert Windows fonts to ezf or build them from scratch. The
tool only runs on Windows but might work in Wine.

Since Windows-1251 is an 8-bit encoding you WILL be able to make an
ezf font for.
