New Driver: ezlcd3xx

Hello All,

This is a driver for a smart LCD module, ezLCD-301 from EarthLCD. Not
a character module, obviously, but they are hoping to steal the hearts
and wallets of all you die-hard character module lovers :) The driver
will use special fonts and images to emulate character module
behavior. Will also use touchscreen to display a touch menu simulating
key input. Currently, 8x40 and 4x20 modes are operational. I started
writing it while working at EarthLCD almost 2 months ago. Have been
tweaking it now and then in my spare time since I left, and it appears
to be running stable now. Has plenty of room for improvement but it is
running and the bars are purty.
