Hi, I have 2 different VFD/LCD in my HTPC: an iMon VFD, and an LCD module of the Media Center case. The iMon VFD is driven by the imon driver, and has a screen size of 2×16 chars. The LCD module is driven by modecom driver (written by me), and has a size of 2×20 chars. (Some OEM info suggests that the LCD module is an MPlay OEM manufactured by VLSystem, but could not get it working with the hd44780 driver…) Currently both displays show the same screens, limiting the sizes of the screens to the smaller display's size. I'm looking for a way to drive them separately, as if it were one display E.G. with a size of 4×16. Is there a way to do this?
