The CFA 635 model from crystalspace might be exactly what you're looking
for. They are 20x4, have six buttons and a "drive bay kit" can be
ordered as accessory to mount them in a 5.25" bay.
I have one in my desktop computer for over 7 years now and it works
perfectly.
