Planning for LCDproc 0.5.7 release

Hello Everyone!

In the past weeks I was asked by several people in PM when the next
release will be made. The usual answer to this question is 'When it's
ready. We do not make release plans.'

However, my goal is to have one release a year - and there was none in
2013. So I made up my mind and will create a new release soon.

Soon?

First I want to push a few pending changes into the source. This should
be done beginning of March.

I scheduled the release candidate for March 17th, with the final release
ready at beginning of April.
