I've had trouble with ntsyslog refusing to start successfully on an XP
SP2 (32-bit) host.  Haven't had problems with it under 2K3 (32-bit.)
It supports logging to two destinations.  The core ntsyslog hasn't
been updated since 2002, which makes me nervous, although for "mature"
software, not being updated for 4+ years could be OK.

Another free tool is winlogd, which only supports one destination:
