Something else you might want to consider in your documentation is adding information on volume or frequency if applicable. For example, the above error message doesn't occur periodically but you'll typically see it on the order of hundreds of msgs/min (depending on network traffic, of course). This events is triggered on every access attempt where the given source/target doesn't have a NAT, so on very busy networks you can generate a lot of syslog messages.
