Have people looked at MSFT "logparser" tool. It eats your favorite logs on a windows machine and output it in your favorite format/ syslog server. http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/tools/logparser/default.ms px Usage examples http://forums.iis.net/t/1144985.aspx Push out one binary, setup a "at" job and you are done.
