Modlogan newbie questions

I use modlogan 0.8.13-1 on debian sarge with a default setup, I have 2=20
problems

1) The generated page for my stats is "<h1>Statistics for </h1>", I haven't=
=20
found in the documentation what is the parameter name that would make my h1=
=20
element complete. I don't know if it matters for this case but I use the=20
modern template

2) In the generated html pages I have menu entries called "Top Level Domain=
s"=20
and "Countries by Visits", they are both empty (Sorry, no data to display),=
 I=20
wonder what I should activate in apache2 or in modlogan to have date in the=
se=20
entries

Right now my apache2 log format is

CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access-thocar.log combined
