zeroconf subrpm package

Hi,

There's been some discussion about adding a 'zeroconf' subrpm package
which would be useful for support folks to tell customers to one-shot
install (this differs from the pcp-collector subrpm as this package will
have a minimal set of pcp packages installed, thus fewer dependencies
on a potential box in production).

I've thrown together a very quick patch/branch for fedora.spec and
pcp.spec.in for the package metadata.[1] However, I'm not entirely sure
what additional pmlogger configs we want to include (there was talk of
perhaps turning on hotproc metrics or other pmda metrics for example).

Mark, did you happen to have any thoughts on what type of pmlogger
configs you wanted to initially include?
