Speed 1.0

A lot of changes have been made to the library since the alpha release
during the program. Probably should have had a lot of intermediate
releases, but every week there was something else to get done next week
before a release.

Anyways, a lot has changed in the library since the initial release. The
most notable change being custom metric types (Counters, Gauges, Timers...)
built on top of PCP Singleton and Instance Metrics. Another important
change was to rewrite the underlying bytebuffer implementation, to make
operations more concurrent. As far as the API is concerned, the option to
add specify description strings in metric constructor was provided by
providing optional parameters. Some 'Must' style methods were added to the
API to panic on error and make the API less verbose. A `mmvdump` subpackage
was implemented as a go port of the C implementation to better test the
client. Finally, the package was integrated into the go-kit microservices
library and I ported the examples separately (
https://github.com/suyash/kit-pcp-examples) as a mechanism to showcase real
world usage for the project.

The README has more stuff now, it was fun to work on this for GSoC, will
continue to find ways to improve it more. Any feedback is always welcome.
