pmrep: handle singular indoms with pmrep -X mode on recent python3
platforms
qa/1069 was failing on f24, but passing on rhel7. Marko and I tracked it
down to pmrep in -X mode with metrics that have a singular instance
domain
(e.g. hinv.ncpu, mem.util.free etc).
qa/1069 exercises the fix so no QA updates needed. But you can minimally
repro this (on f24 at least) with: pmrep -X "label" hinv.ncpu
