Performance Co-Pilot 3.11.6 released

Hi all,

we're pleased to announce pcp-3.11.6 has been tagged and released to all
the usual places:

    Fedora rawhide, F24, F23 and EL5 (all will be in updates-testing
shortly).
    Docker container images have also been built and are now available on
bintray.com/pcp
