     pmlogrewrite: add conditional type clause

     In addition to
         TYPE -> newtype
     we now have
         TYPE IF oldtype -> newtype

     Needed for the nfsclient PMDA changes triggered by the pmda_ulong()
     fix in the Perl libpcp_pmda wrapper code.
