Oh, that doesn't make sense -> there's no need for top level name= and
value= as its implied. I think I lean a little further toward JSON as
labels format over simple name=value pairs then, although not totally
convinced yet. I would love to see some concrete examples where other
JSON syntax (arrays, objects) make sense as values, because if there's
none, "name=value host=acme1" is still simpler and more compact.
