Not sure what happened at my end ... my common.filter is the same as yours (git is supposed to provide some protection against "clobbering"), but when I try again today 1006 is passing. Perhaps it is a shift in the planets, or a good night's sleep, or the magic QA pixies came in when I was not looking and fixed it all up.
