rpm install/build failing on openSUSE 12.2

This is apparently a recent regression, seen on vm02 i686 openSUSE 13.2 (Harlequin).

I think the configure ones are a little annoying and benign, but I have no idea where this is coming from.

The more serious problem is the apparently bad python3-pcp rpm that is coming from the build.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?
