qa/821: deal with non-determinism of mem.zoneinfo.free indom
When populated from a tarball the directory entries are non-deterministic
which is reflected in the internal instance ids assigned to the indom
members.

qa/032: fix typo in systemd configuration change lines
Was missing the 'pmcd' parameter. Sometimes left 2 pmcd's running
after qa/032, which became a problem later.
