    pmdabind2: support for more recent bind stat formats
    
    The qa/named/bind-9.10.4-stats.xml test case now works.
    Also switch the time metrics from hyphens to underscores
    and improve the /isc/bind prefix checking code to use the
    exists() boolean test, instead of findnodes().
