    qa/892: just don't run on Ubuntu 12.04

    We've done the analysis ... the "failure" here is not a PCP problem as
    far as we can tell, so skip this platform.

    The test runs and passes on lots of other platforms.

    TRACE.1, TRACE.2 and TRACE.3 were missing.  Wordsmith the TRACE.0
    text while I'm here.
