I'm seeing failures like below, when running as user "pcpqa" (not in any
of the groups listed)...

Looks like we'll need to document this requirement in the README?  (following
the add-user-to-a-privileged-group instructions above solved the problem)

Or should sudo be used in more places perhaps?
