This is now available in the master git branch - please read the Dockerfiles
in particular, which have notes at the head of each as to how they get built,
configured, run and metrics inspected (more docs needed, and some further rpm
packaging cleanup too - next week).

I extended the Apache example to also export apache.* metrics via pmdaapache.

Likewise Nginx was added as another self-contained example container, and the
nginx.* metrics are available there alongside proc.*, network.*, and so on.

Finally, a pcp-java-app container has been added which runs a Java application
as a service in the container, instrumented with Parfait, and alongside pmcd &
pmdammv (so proc.*, network.*, mmv.* of particular interest).

They all work quite nicely, with no PCP code changes needed as hoped.  Enjoy!
