qa/662 (pmwebd) non-determinism

On a couple of hosts, I'm seeing ...

so it would appear pmwebd is returning metrics in a slightly different 
order.  I am assuming this is sort of expected, rather than a bug.

Seems like either pmwebd needs a sort (over kill and not necessary) or 
or the python test script needs to sort each response from pmwebd or 
qa/662 needs to perform a lobotomy on the pmwebd output and extract this 
chunk of text, sort it and re-insert it in place.
