    qa/1059: work around possible lack of lsof(1)

    Workaround is a bit generous, just fake one part of the test if there
    is no lsof.

    qa/964: make sure proper PMDA cleanup happens at the end of the test

    Was leaving the PMNS trashed with names from the dm PMDA, but the
    dm PMDA was not necessarily installed.
