Latest commits have added yet another prereq that is not in
qa/admin/check-vm
error: Failed dependencies:
python-rtslib is needed by pcp-pmda-lio-3.11.8-12.x86_64
and this will break all my rpm-based QA machines that are not on the
internet and cannot be upgraded now (and probably for another month).
This stuff _REALLLY_ needs to be guarded by configure magic to protect
build environments where adding unguarded build dependencies causes the
builds to fail.
Sigh.
