Regarding 924 and pmdadocker.  I've checked the tar file and both are
failing in similar ways;

--7635-- WARNING: Serious error when reading debug info
--7635-- When reading debug info from /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ld-2.23.so:
--7635-- Ignoring non-Dwarf2/3/4 block in .debug_info

It doesn't appear to be any issue with the pmdadocker test itself.

I chatted with a local valgrind expert and he mentioned that debian
has uses compressed elf sections, however many of the tools aren't
patched to support the compression.  He suspected the debian version of
valgrind hasn't had that patch backported and it's leading to this
error.

He also suggested just skipping valgrind tests on debian, but in 924's
case, I'll defer to your suggestion.  Should we add a notrun guard for
the distro?  Or something else?
