I started in on attempting a fix but soon realised we'll need a fair bit
of new code here to deal with the different XML formats already (note the
lack of support for this metric in bind-9.10.4-stats.xml in qa/1087).

Since this aspect of the code is being reworked anyway, I stopped there and
made a minimal change for the pending pcp-3.11.8 release - to just comment
out this metric (bind2.zones.serial).  This will minimize the overlap with
the above-mentioned reworking.

Once Lukas' new work is done, we can re-enable this one; hopefully for the
next release (doesn't seem like a candidate for tomorrows release, even if
the new code was ready now).
