    selinux build/rpm packaging
    
    fedora.spec/pcp.spec.in - have the selinux rpm preun hook only execute
    			  the semodule -r command if the pcpupstream
    			  policy packge if it's installed
    configure/configure.ac - have enable_selinux also depend on finding
    		       	 seinfo, this is important because the selinux
    		       	 GNUlocaldefs uses seinfo the check the
    		       	 existance of various class definitions
