IMO PMDAs should be auto ./Installed'd now we have each PMDA in it's own
package.
The idea has been floated before (fche?) - if a PMDA is installed, then it
should also be
enabled (via the .NeedInstall mechanism), along with whatever collector
behavior the
Install script needs or configures, including pmlogconf settings.

There are some exceptions, e.g. PMDAs that need manual configuration, but
the monitor
verses collector distinction is long gone.
