Parfait 0.5 released

Hi all,

parfait-0.5.0 has been tagged and released on github today; a big
shoutout to Ryan Doyle, Werner Keil and Suyash for all their hard
work in this release!

Highlights of parfait-0.5.0 include:
- Updates to use Non-SI units from unitsofmeasurement packages
  rather than home-grown
- Fix non-weak reference regression introduced with Guava upgrade
- Update to v1.0 releases of all unitsofmeasurement modules
- Update to a more recent version of hsqldb module
- Update the linked dropwizard.io metrics module version
- Allow parfait.startup to be configured via properties
- Implement the JMX proxying mode in the parfait-agent jar
- A number of example programs showing use of Parfait APIs
- Implement support for the MMV2 format (allowing for much longer
  metric and instance names)
- Move forward to mandating JDK 1.8 as the baseline
- Switch to using the unitsofmeasurement uom-se module (Java 8 onward)
  instead of the unit-ri reference implementation
- Numerous documentation updates

In addition to the usual maven modules on oss.sonatype.org, we
have begun providing pre-built packages for Fedora 24 and 25;
