No problem - FWIW, I see the same plurals-related build failure when moving
Parfait to uom-se-1.0.4 (as per patch below).  But I think this is still an
expected situation until we get the uom-systems & si-units updates; at that
time (and only then) we can move Parfait onto uom-se-1.0.4, right?
