PCP is a mentor organization for GSoC 2017

Hi All,

The Performance Co-Pilot project has been accepted as a Google Summer
of Code mentor organization for 2017!  On behalf of the org admins
(Martha and Nathan), I'd like to thank everybody who have volunteered
both their time, and expertise, for this year's program.  Last year we
saw two great projects through to completion, and we're looking
forward to what this summer has in store.
